We are thrilled to be able to partner with Broadwell Land Development again on this 400+ lot subdivision in North Fayetteville. We are doing all underground utilities.
This project includes moving 78,000 cubic yards of cut fill to balance the site. We are currently installing water, sewer and storm drain for 38 lots in North Fayetteville.
This was a 62-lot subdivision in Hope Mills, NC with roughly 25,000 CY of excess fill on site. We worked hand in hand with the owner and our in-house design engineer, taking this subdivision from treed & unpadded lots to a turnkey pad ready subdivision. Providing our developer with more valuable lots at a much more efficient cost.
Reserves at Traemoore is a 120-unit apartment complex in Hopemills, NC that we are the turn key site contractor for. This project includes a retaining wall, 12,000 LF of curb, sewer extension, FDC's to the building and installation of the storm drain & structures.
This project had a extremely high-water table, overhead power, and existing utilities all in our way. We tackled this project by dewatering it with a 600' well point system. Our teams experience and expertise really show when we face difficult conditions like this project had in store for us.
